Grants Offered to Explore Equity Issues
Grants offered by TC's Campaign for Educational Equity will allow students to research topics such as barriers faced by students of color.
Teachers College's Campaign for Educational Equity has announced that it will
award from 3-5 student research grants that will allow students to pursue
research projects in issues of educational equity that may not currently be
addressed in the college curriculum -- particularly regarding issues important
to students such as problems faced by students of color in college and
university settings, and barriers to entry into particular professions. The
grants, offered to matriculated students in any of TC’s programs, consist of a
graduate assistantship award of $1,500 and 3 points of tuition.
