TC's Campbell to WNYC: Don't Overemphasize Earnings After College
In an article on wynyc.org, the website of WNYC Radio in New York City, about the new College Scorecard released by the U.S. Department of Education, Corbin Campbell, assistant professor of higher education, cautioned potential applicants against evaluating a college based on their projected earnings after graduation. "Higher education isn't just sort of a certification that you can bring to an employer,” she said. “It's also changing minds and changing the way students think."
