Black and Latina/o youth continue to graduate from high school and enroll in college at lower rates than Asians and whites. Dr. Knight-Manuel shares strategies for change based on her studies of 40 New York City high schools that have implemented a culturally relevant school-wide culture to achieve college access and success.
