Framing “Failure” as a Necessary Educational Experience
The conference, held in the Joyce B. Cowin Auditorium, included interdisciplinary panels and discussions about the need to view and study failure as a source of creativity and progress in education, the sciences, the arts, psychology and the law. The event was spearheaded at TC by Xiaodong Lin, professor of Cognitive Studies, and included panelists John Black, the Cleveland E. Dodge Professor of Telecommunications and Education; and Catherine Chase, assistant professor of Cognitive Studies. For the complete story, click here.
