Graduation Application

To apply for graduation, please click here. Fill out the form with all your courses and have it verified and signed by your advisor. A completed copy of the application can be scanned to registrar@tc.edu, faxed to (212) 678-3005, or submitted in person to the Office of the Registrar in 528 West 121st St., Room 324. Please retain a copy for your records.
