Dear Students:

As you prepare for the Autumn Term 2024, we hope this information will serve as a guide as you plan your budget, as it relates to paying your tuition and other charges.

Tuition is currently $2,049.00 per point and the college fee is $518.00 per term. Additional fees may be charged. At the start of each semester, registered students will receive an email notifying them that their term bill is available. The bill can be viewed and paid through the myTC Portal and clicking the Pay Now button.

Students wishing to utilize our deferred installment plan can do so online through the myTC Portal. The plan is open to all matriculated students. It's fast and simple to enroll in our Deferred Installment plan. Instructions to enroll in the installment plan can be found on our website at the following page:

The Office of the Bursar is located at Thompson Hall, Room# 133. During the Autumn Term 2024, our office works hybrid schedule hours from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

The Bursar Office Window is open from Monday through Thursday, from 9 AM to 12 PM, and 1 PM to 3:30 PM for in-person student account inquiries and payments.

STUDENT REFUNDS
Proceeds originating from financial aid in excess of your account charges will be refunded beginning on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. For the quickest delivery of a refund, students should sign up for eRefund through the myTC Portal. Please click here for enrollment instruction. For students who do not indicate a refund preference, refunds will be mailed to the permanent or local address on file. Please verify your address on the TC Services tab via the myTC Portal . Refunds that are delivered by mail will be delayed.

PAYMENT DEADLINES

The last date to pay all tuition-related charges for Autumn Term 2024 is Friday, September 20, 2024. Payments MUST be received by this date, whether you receive a statement (schedule/bill) or not. If you are a new registrant or make changes to an existing registration resulting in increased costs (after the payment deadline(s)), you are required to make full payment of the difference when the changes are made.

If you are a new student and planning to reside in Teachers College housing, you are required to pay your housing charges in full for Autumn Term 2024 by Friday, September 20, 2024.
