Supporting English Language Literacy Among Newly Arrived Youth Asylum Seekers

Through TC’s Center for African Education, two Zankel Fellows will provide additional English language/literacy instructional support to an existing program at the African Services Committee. The organization is currently seeing significant demand from newly arrived asylum seekers, many of whom are young adults, primarily, but not exclusively, from West Africa.
