IncLab means inclusion! Our team's work is ultimately meant to contribute to the establishment of a comprehensively inclusive world -- a world where no one is relegated to a life outside the circle of social protections, benefits, resources, opportunities, responsibilities, and mutual respect that others take for granted. Our team of researchers and scholars includes masters- and doctoral-level graduate students in the Department of Counseling and Clinical Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University. Over the years, our projects have addressed the ways that conventional psychological theories, practices, and methods fail to integrate the experiences and perspectives of every community, undermining psychological service to those groups and to society generally.
