Course Evaluations
Course evaluations are administered electronically at the end of each semester. Instructors are given the results of their evaluations so that they can make improvements to their courses. Evaluation results are monitored by Institutional Research, and evaluation results are routinely used during the tenure process and for decisions regarding the hiring or re-hiring of adjunct faculty.
Instructors and Students can access the evaluation system here.
Please sign in using your campus credentials.
The evaluation system can also be accessed using the myCoursEval button on the Canvas dashboard, or by searching and bookmarking Course Evaluations under the Resources tab of the Student or Employee portal.

Course Evaluation Data Requests
If you are a member of the Teachers College faculty or staff, and would like to request course evaluation data, please submit an OIR support ticket on ServiceNow.
When completing the form, be sure to select "Course Evaluation Data/Requests" and provide as much detail as possible, including course(s) and term(s) of interest.
