This study uses electroencephalography (EEG) to evaluate the neurophysiological effects of yoga and moderate-intensity aerobic exercise for people with Functional Movement Disorder (FMD). Yoga and aerobic exercise are increasingly used as adjunctive therapies for PwFMD; however, the neurophysiological mechanisms through which these interventions may influence brain function in FMD remain poorly understood. Participants will come to the lab two times and partake in EEG sessions, one yoga session, and one moderate-intensity aerobic activity session.
