Falianne (she/her)
Communications Coordinator

Falianne is a first-generation Haitian-American Scholar. Originally from Haiti and a Boston native, she is currently pursuing Afro-Linguistic research as an Applied Linguistics Master's student. She is a certified Haitian Creole Interpreter, an avid traveler, and a bookworm that is happy to be a resource for other students as a new edition to the Student Support & Advocacy Office.
Jenn Cultrara (she/her)
Case Manager

Throughout her career, she has held diverse roles in Student Affairs, Enrollment Management, Community Standards, and Residential Services, giving her a broad understanding of the student experience and the challenges they may face. Jenn holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, is a Board Certified Life Coach, and a trained Brainspotting practitioner. She integrates these skills to support student well-being and foster resilience, helping them navigate challenges and reach their fullest potential.
Lema Moliga (she/her)
Director, Student Support & Advocacy

Selema (Lema) received her Masters of Education in Student Development & Administration from Seattle University and since graduating has worked in Housing and Residential Life for over 15 years in both the west and east coasts. In 2015, Lema joined Teachers College and served as the Associate Director in the Office of Residential Services (ORS), until October 2022 where she transitioned to the Division of Student Affairs as the Director of Student Support and Advocacy. Lema is committed to making the TC student experience a positive and successful one for all students.
