What We Do

  1. Provide a certificate of insurance on behalf of the college as proof of insurance. When the college contracts with any outside entity, and the entity requires a COI, our office reviews the request and provides the COI, if approved.
  2. Provide Risk Assessment guidance to various areas within the college. Our office responds to internal inquires and provides guidance on insurance and risk matters within each area of the college.
  3. Provide insurance requirements for external vendors and events. Our office determines what the college insurance requirements are for vendors who provide services to the college or rent college space for events.
  4. Review overseas official travel requests from Faculty, Staff, and Students in collaboration with Office of Global Engagement (OGA).
  5. Oversee all insurance and risk issues within the college.
